Not bone growth lol i put a big teddy bear on my mid back and stretched myself out layed there for now 40 minutes and my spine is so decompressed good lord also like laying down flat on ur back pulling in ur legs like ur gonna do a situp then press against ur thigh will crack ur entire back perfectly this is gonna be my routine for back wellness
