I eat like crazy atm , i don‘t stop eating until my body takes some fat from the food and puts it under my eyes

it wont work im sorry but i had much better under eyes when i was 22 and 11-13% bodyfat than i do now at 25 with 15-16%.

its just aging man. accept it and use concealer or smth

I‘m 22 as well.
It can‘t be aging cause it happened rapidly during the stress/trauma when I just turned 18
