Gained weight but arms look the same?

I don't know what I did, but recently I somehow gained 4 kg. I didn't even realize it because I barely notice any difference in the mirror, my arms still look like noodles.

Original weight 60kg, now 64 kg.

Can someone explain ? Why arm no change? Where is the weight going to?

You wont see much results After gaining 4kg I started seeing differences after Maybe 10kg

dont trust weight scale, it depends on when u go to toilet and fluid retention and everything idk just look at yourself and u can tell if ur fat or not
