I am currently 114 pounds at 5”11 at 18 which is a extremely bad. I look way younger than my actual age and get less respect from men and attention from women. It also correlates to my bones being smaller and my face been thiner, which is absolutely not good. Any tips on bulking up relatively fast, i am still growing and i want to maximize my height.

icl mk677 is cope but the only part that isnt is the appetite so use mk and just eat

nigga just eat eat eat. high protein high carbs just eat everything at ur house everyday just stuff ur face and workout
