I’m going to work out alongside gaining weight tho hopefully, I think 9kg in 5 months is a good amount to have a nice bodyIf you want to gain weight quick most of it wont be muscle. Regardless
- liquid calories / shakes
- nuts and bananas
- peanut butter and granola
- fast food (make swaps for higher protein)
