Im gonna be turning 15 in october and im 5'10 at a weight of 56 kg which makes my bmi 17.6, I really want to at least gain more weight no matter the effects on my health. And ill definitely stay at 5'10 or if im lucky maybe 5'11 or 6'0 by the time im done growing.
If you can please tell me any foods or supplements that promote bone growth and maybe some things i can do to slow my metabolism down, any tips are appreciated

Stop coping with ur metabolism eat more, cheese is good for gaining weight I kept my diet the exact same for a month and added cheese on my meals and gained an extra 1.3kg that month as its so calorie dense

ive been doing that and ive gained like 500 grams of weight over 2 months and i mean loads of cheese with meals that were already packed with like 1000-1500 calories each

You genuinely just need to eat more that’s the only way, I’m up 15.6kg in 6 months and I’ll literally smother my meal in shit loads of cheese I run through 500gs of cheese a day. Make sure ur buying the fattier versions of meats too like I’ll get 20% fat beef mince and the taste and texture is no different to leaner fat % mince only difference is the calories, other stuff u can try is bulking shakes but they lowkey taste and make u feel like shit

I personally just eat like 3/4 meals a day that are around 1k calories each and then I just snack on random bullshit throughout the day on top of that but I know granolas high in calories, oats are good too you could probably find some good meals/snacks on TikTok or YouTube

start tracking your calories. just eat like 3500-4000cal based on your activity level. id recommend any foods that are not that satiating and please dont just eat like a pig. youll just feel like shit so keep it relatively clean but eating that much calories clean is hard so i dont recommend eating a full clean diet tho. also id recommend going to the gym if you arent alr going because its just beneficial to how your body will look like

sorry for the late reply my notifs are messed up today idk why

i do track my calories but i dont think im very accurate, and i kinda have a home gym that i use like 3-4 times a week.
also do you recommend any foods that are calorie dense but clean?

any fast digesting carbs ex. rice and you could snack daily on some almonds and nuts in general. weighing your food on a scale could be a good idea too if you really want this. and a gym membership would be a great investment too at some point but if you are a beginner then a home gym is good or if the home gym is really good then no problem
