Im 6ft4 , average looking guy and I weigh 70kg, in recent years I’ve tried everything to gain weight, mass gainers spamming chicken and rice etc and even eating slop junk food but I just cannot stop being a skinny freak, In 2024 I weighed 50kg at 5‘7
