idk but most people are lactose intolerant and milk is for cows not humans

idk why people drink it tbh, its calcium isnt even that high

I drink lots of milk, the whole calcium thing is a meme pushed by people trying to sell milk but its a pretty healthy drink still, its got lots of good vitamins and nutrients and its not too high in carbs, unless you drink a gallon a day jfl. Its got almost everything a human needs to live

point is, milk isnt that nutritious. you can easily get way more nutrients with other food, and its not even meant to be drank by humans. its all just marketed jew liquid.

I haven't drank milk in years. Many Finns drink milk tho.
I drink 1-2 liters of raw milk every day for maximum power
also a lot of yoghurt

milk being nutritious is a myth. its nothing compared to some other foods. the only reason i see people drinking it should be to have more calories, but even then theres many calorie dense foods

tuna has insane protein compared to its price. but mercury can be super bad for your brain if your body cant get rid of it properly, hence why its smart to limit tuna just to be safe.

If you have access to raw A2 milk or goat milk then yes. Milk protein is second best, eggs first for bioavailability. Milk also has better amino acid profile i.e lower in cysteine and methionine than muscle meat and balanced calcium to phosphate ratio, and has some steroid hormones such as testosterone and progesterone.

I’ve been drinking normal raw milk for like a year and got raw a2 for the first time this weekend. Soooo fucking good
