I realized i cannot confront them myself.

So i will just go to the chief of the ward and tell her that there are 2 women in the ward who dont stop talking to me, so she tells them to stop talking to me.

I will additionally snitch on 2 guys from the ward who insult me regularly, so the chief also confronts them.

Provoke them to attack the staff. In my ward i always provoked the guys i found annoying. I told one guy that his cuts are ugly but he just took my bullying. One roomate i laughed at his mother. Other guy i provoked into emptying a bag of trash infront of the nurse room. You have to provoke them into fighting you or just punch them when the nurses can´t notice it.
