I read a thread from @ActualMax were he explained how it can make your shorter and he’s right.

During Covid I played video games 16 hours straight on my Xbox everyday for a year straight and so did my sister.

5 years later I’m stuck at 5’7 and my sister is stuck 4’11…

And before you say genetics it’s rare that the offspring isnt taller then there parents.

My mom is 5’2 and my dad is 5’11. So that means my sister didn’t even reach my moms height and I didn’t reach my dads height either. And not only did we not reach we’re way below.
