Well nothing, probably puberty. However draw long and dense eyebrows with dark brown pen (and using mascara for lashes) helps to make the illusion of a higher PFL (it's legit). I really love it
My eyes also seem less negative when I do that

Also at that high of a level looks become more subjective, however his face can be kind of bland due to too much facial averageness/lack of striking features. I'd say many actors can look way more appealing by having faces with a lot of character and being slightly nichemaxxed but objectively speaking about "default" looks I'd say Chico takes the cake. For example Mikkelsen is more appealing to many girls than Chico is despite having more tangible failos because his face has a lot of character and is also way above average and yes you are right about the fact the higher you get the more it gets subjective.
