Gandy proportions but not his inner canthus

Let’s say you had similar wide set eyes and long pfl as gandy, also long midface in nose and philtrum. Do u think it’s worth the risk to do canthus cutting to make eyes seem slightly closer and nose seem slightly shorter?????

Idk maybe I’m just retardrd, but I always thought because gandys canthus goes down a lot, it gave the illusion his nose was a bit shorter
