Cooked Sweet potato with the skin on is an insane beta carotene bomb, also has a good amount of potassium. Beta carotene supps tend me to make me look yellow so i highly prefer cooked sweet potato (and a couple raw carrots a day) - I just use it as a carb source pre-gym and eat it with a healthy fat to maximize absorption.

Tomato paste is very similar too, cooked tomatoes are the best source for lycopene (for red undertones) . And 100% tomato paste (make sure theres no added salt/etc) is like dozens of tomatoes cooked down and made into a paste. Extremely bioavailable. I literally see a difference in a couple weeks when i eat 1-2 tbsp daily. Massive source of potassium as well.

3-4 weeks of consistency only alongside like 15-20 mins of direct sunlight a day only (too much is counter intuitive)

make sure your diet is super locked in too and primarily focused on whole foods. processed foods, simple carbs etc will all mess with absorption and skin
