I tried them like 2 years ago until focus 12, stopped because I wasn't experiencing any of the cool shit that niggas say about it on reddit
For me it felt like meditation+

Im on focus 15 and everything up to wave V is about teaching you how to properly meditate after that you start learning how to AP and shit

I can leave my body most nights after like 40 minutes of meditating but can't have a full blown AP yet but you actually have to put the work in innit
