Gaunt face every time i cut

I’ve always faced this problem,
For most people cutting is beneficial for their faces, however for me this is not the case.
I look like a sick child after cutting.
I end up gaining the weight back because of how disgusted i am of my gaunt face.
My face looks better with a bit fat, it gives me that fuller appearance.
The problem is even when i reach that stage of a gaunt face, i still have excess body fat around my waist( i have a skinny fat physique).
Idk if its my fucked up fwhr , or bad skin genetics, or large eye orbitals
I would really appreciate some advice. Im considering getting surgery for this.

Boneless. You’ll likely still have more appeal gaunt than fat but when you’re ugly I’m not sure that really matters.

I guess it could just be due to having small fat pads. Sounds like you’re coping though no offence.

Recessed and boneless people should never cut below 15%.
