gb wont help your anxiety not even one bit its overhyped.
it helps people who have very low anxiety to begin with which then its mostly placebo not the actual drug

ive seen stories of people saying they instantly feel better but fact is it takes i believe 4 weeks for effects to settle

if you have anxiety when going out i recommend propranolol and in rare super demanding cases benzos/pregabalin

Well i read a few studies on it and it has minimal to none side effects also there a it says a long term use is helpful and has long term effects
