Yeah I just blast out water GPT threads now because I'm trying to buff up the forum with stuff I generally believe to be helpful and true. If you want other stuff just look at anything I wrote from 2019-2021... Maybe even up until early 2023.

Most of my highest effort stuff are walltext posts rather than threads.

But no one really engages in "high IQ" stuff. So the only way to get dopamine hits from notis is by posting ragebaity, trolley stuff.

I think for younger guys interesting in pharmacology, endocrinology, diets, advanced skincare, microneedling, RLT, Tret etc etc... Look at 2019 x30001 posts.

For actual practical looksmaxxing stuff. I think my newer stuff is the most refined and evolved. It all comes back to water. I never realised how important haircare was 'til pretty recently. All that stuff trumps getting into the weeds of things. Action and discipline over all.

Maybe some of my older stuff just sounded higher IQ because I was more blitzed out, getting into the details with interesting stuff to do with biology and chemistry, and I was still just learning myself (and using bigger words lol).. So that was all discovery. But a lot of stuff I posted about in 2019 is cope too. Most supplements aren't helpful at all besides maybe Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin D3 when there's no sun.

I have the urge to talk about stuff that people will really appreciate and enact practically. But this forum is a joke filled with Indian trolls larping as neo-nazis. Which just isn't funny and makes the place ideal for Feds to monitor and for BBC to make more documentaries on.

It's sad, that we can all help each other somewhat, if we all chose to. But there's too many people LDARing and not holding themselves to a high standard, not willing to learn and explore.

True tbh. It all really comes down to being lean (actual 10-12% bf), having good skin and hair. That’s really the most of softmaxing there is. And then obviously you can do down the pharmacology route, but even then it should be done after doing the above things (lean, skin, hair) and take the necessary precautions to avoid the norwood reaper, acne etc.

Yeah, it would be interesting to see a thread of looksmaxes that you’ve tried over 6 years and what has worked well for you and what has turned out to be cope. I have also been down the same rabbit hole as you when it comes to leanmaxing (DNP, Clen, T3 etc).
