Gear with open growth plates

I am familiar that gear almost immediately closes your growth plates.
But is there anything you can take for it to not close your growth plates.
I want to start with gear but I am almost 100% sure that my growth plates aren’t fused I am going to the doctor soon to see if they have fused or not. But does AI help or is there anything else that helps?

I don’t know the price comparison but the best is letrozole but anastrozole is also good I think anastrozole is cheaper
