Gene therapy will blow up within the next few years, they only have a few gene expensive therapies available right now. But there’s theoretical frameworks for all kinds of manipulation of gene expression

For example right now a rich guy can go get Follistatin gene therapy for a price (around 20,000 USD). But it’s not available in the united states so you would have to go to some place where laws are more lenient like south america. Pretty soon there will be all kinds of gene therapies that can do different things like affect bone density, skin health, repair injuries, etc.
