So I am taking ashwagandha before sleeping and it is helping me really well
I remember that sometime I took it also during the day which had an effect
My concern about this is: Does my body get dependent on this supplement? It helps with stress but what if I take it for years and then quit it -> will my body have problems to fight stress?
Same with creatine: What if you take it for a long time, will your body produce less dht?
