General question why do blacks act like animals

As a Mexican who grew up in a similar poor environment as blacks and from the result of that I became low inhib and smoke weed from time to time, but I know how to act normal when it comes to socializing unlike lots of black who are extremely ghetto, and very rude, always causing a fucking ruckus
In public, which is fucking annoying because they act like they don’t have any shame, casually being loud in public letting people view how inhumane they act, so can someone please explain why they are like this?

we are brothers in test. iil enlighten u, the segregation didnt leave usa ever (because they started segregating bc of racism, obviously), then the healthiest slaves went on ships, survived torture, then went on to be enslaved for 300 years by jewish slave trade, then finally became 3/4 of a person, then when it was all done, the roads and places where they inhabit were all built segregated already. Then the rap industry got taken over, then the CIA implemented strategies to steer black culture into crime via crack/drugs, artificial gangs, welfare access only in the hood, and hood culture. And then with all these years of downputting they alr got their iq lowered by a fuck ton cuz of malnutrition, stress, female-based selection of genes (low iq, low inhib, bigger bones, risk taking, etc) making the whole thing worse. I aint one to vouch for niggers, but i am vouching for them cause they got the short end of the stick ngl

that's how they evolved. they weren't selected to be problem solvers, innovators, peace keepers, or civilization builders because the environment they evolved in did not demand that of them. they didn't need to save and store supplies for winter, they didn't need to think of long term consequences, that's why they have no concept of private property, if someone took their things, they could just go to the nearest tree and get another one of that item. there wasn't any pressure to build anything, so they had nothing of value to defend.

To generalize a whole group of people is crazy though I am black my parents are blakc they grew up poor they went to uni worked hard and I grew up middle class I have never in my life inconvenienced other people in public or wherever else my parents taught me good morals I don't blame other people for my position in life know that a lot of black people do behave poorly and are inconsiderate of other people but there is also good number that are just normal people who don't sag their pants listen to garbage rap music and do crime and are loud in public, and unfortunately those that are loudest are the ones who created this stereotype for the 10-30% of black people who are just normal
