genereally maybe if feel bad and kratom and smoke cant stop it: no smoke no kratom
and sometimes when u feel bad anyway u can do sth productive instead like cleaning ur room or making money ( consider this: the worse u feel when trying to make money the better u will feel later
even if u dont end up making money
