Lower chance of passing on the same recessive genetic disorders, broader immune responses and diversity helps populations survive and adapt over time, this is well documented across multiple species. However , race mixing culturally is a bad idea more often than not as a non-white you will have to date down and typically be engaging in low effort relationships. Why mix ? when you can just date your looksmatch in your own phenotype.
