In some way, with surgery nearly nobody is going to be Chad tier starting off subhuman but with surgery you can ascend at least 1-2 ranks above your peak softmaxxing limit (for example subhuman to mtn) but there are very rare occasions where you ascend more (aka ehren). Unless you give it 110% you will probably ascend 1-2 ranks above your limit unless you have a very easily fixable flaw that is detrimental to you severely.
