Genetic vs habits ?

I was wondering, I'm about 181cm tall at 18, my mother measures 165cm and my father is about 184cm, but I grew up fat since im a child and sedentary I never practiced physical activity during my puberty, do you think that if I had grown a little healthier during my puberty I would be taller? Or is it cope and is only genetics ?

well at least you werent under nutritioned idk how big of an impact exercise would have, I think being a skeleton would have a more negative impact but I could be wrong
 
well yes, that’s how we grow. genetics do play a significant portion in what determines our height but good life style habits helps that growth compared to if you’re killing your body with shit habits. getting good sleep is very important
