How much of a role does the lifestyle play compared to ones genetics?
I did read that someone could have good genetics but the lifestyle would determine if it would be a chad or a ltn.
Also speaking of the bones in the face?
Is it true?

what exactly do you mean by lifestyle. if your talking about how you breathe or eat when you growed up yes it would, but just what you do in your daily life imo wouldn't change your looks at all?

id say theres no set % bro it depends on how much you fuck yourself up or how much someone else does

even a dude expected to be 6,8 could be stunted to 6.5 6.4 with shit lead baby formula and malnourishment

With lifestyle I meant what you eat, how you breath, your sleep, how much you eat, etc.

with you saying this then yeah, genetics and lifestyle play hand in hand, i would say genetics is more important but with a bad lifestyle with breathing and stuff will negate your growth

people say 20% but the harsh reality is that it's only really 20 if you're some starved african kid, if you grow up so called "normally" then its only like 5-10%. Genetics is law.
