(this is water, but I’m going to brag anyways)

there are guys i know @ my gym whose whole personalities are lifting, & are openly on steroids, competing etc. yet, i (pure aryan), who has never touched any drugs, brutally mog them in size and leanness.

Hard work, consistency, good programming, good nutrition and enough food, good recovery and rest will make anyone have a Mogger physique. I don't care if you have the worst genetics on the planet. Every human body is built to be able to hold a good amount of muscle. If you eat enough food you'll be obese. This doesn't change based on your genetics. The same principle holds true for musculature. Enough of a stimulus+ enough food= you WILL grow.

well, yeah, that’s good; others are subhuman.
 
That's cause they train poorly
programming is meme, I do 6 exercises and everyone still looks worse than me at the gym.

Good programming and eating skyrocketed my upper body lifts by around 20-40lbs each in a month or two

Well, idk what to say man. Programming has really helped me.
as long as you're hitting every muscle and progressively overload your program won't matter a whole lot, even if you do it in a retarded way like I do.

Tbh I don’t really like muscle without height. Muscle starts looking good at 6 foot 4 plus, everything below that is cope muscle. Everything above that is dope muscle.
