Was fed a pufa filled diet till 18. Pure vegetarian since birth. Not even eggs . Milk was heavily watered.Got obese at 11 and stayed obese till 15. Overweight from 15 to 19. Got 6 hours of sleep everyday from 12 to 18. Major depression stress 16 to 18. Suicidal at 19. Hypothyroid from 13 to 21.

Yet 6 foot 3 with decent IQ frame muscle insertions zygos and hair eyelashes brows and harmony at 21 and hollow cheeks at 20% bf

forum is retarded but peat recommends fructose over glucose. Thats why he recommends fruits as a carb source. Glucose or white sugar is to be used sparingly with coffee for eg to combat the noradrelanine and cortisol rise. The whole Peat wants u to down sugar is just propaganda, all hes saying is PUFAs are much worse than white sugar- which is true.

What diet u doing now
3000kcal: 150g prot., 100g fat and 375g carbs. This is like 200-300 kcal surplus for me rn:feelsgood:

Fats: grass-fed butter, olive oil

Protein: grass-fed beef or low fat chicken, fatty fish once every 10 days (Yes I know PUFA's but better than seed oils+it makes my hair and skin better:Comfy:), highest K2 content cheeses, 0% fat milk

Carbs: white peeled potatoes, rice, fruit juice, green grapes, kiwifruit, spinach

You really only need 1,500 calories a day for your body to reach your maximum genetic potential for height, body, and face.

Ramirez ate only latin street food and sugar, was 6'1 probably lost 1 inch in height from drug use and slept less than 6h

That is why in Texas, Latinos who were born in the US are usually 5'9-5'11 because they consume more than 1,500 calories a day while their parents grew up consuming less than that amount and are 3 to 5 inches shorter

I think I saw a documentary from Guatemala where it showed that poor people used to eat 500-1000 calories a day and sometimes even didn't eat at all

They all measure 1.65-1.70

And Guatemalans born in the US usually measure 1.75-1.80 the majority

Yes, it's okay to eat more than 2k calories but I'm implying that you only need 1,500 calories a day to reach your full genetic potential. In much of America and Europe everyone consumes 2-4k calories a day so there is no problem

if you consume 1,500 calories you are already ensuring that you reach your potential, the only way to not reach it is by taking drugs or sleeping little, this is the case of Ramirez who managed to consume more than 1,500 calories thanks to street food and sweets but he got high and I slept in the cemeteries
