why do people keep coping by saying they have bad genetics when they fail to put on muscles when in reality they are just lazy fat or anorexic skinny twigs who most likely don’t train hard enough or eat enough.

Everyone can build muscles alot of muscles and it only matters when competing at top level also having muscles is not very impressive either.

muscles is male gaze cope in the end.

It’s also a slave trait

It’s more about shape and structure.

Nearly everyone can build a lot of muscle, especially with pharmaceuticals

I can apply more effort to some muscles but a different one will grow because of androgen receptors.
Genetics still play a part in muscle building , not as big as in height , but still a relevant one.
