Sleep, genetics, nutrition, physical activity is all cope for growing taller, i know people who never done these things, had shit sleep, ate one time a day, short parents, but they still managed to grow to 6 foot

Yes it’s genetics but it definetly helps you grow an inch or two if you keep those things in check.
I’m 6’3-6’4 and i didn’t really take care of those things but my mom is 6’0 and dad is 6’6.
Don’t listen to this, it’s mostly genetics, but you NEED to be healthy.

Ask your parents if they grew late like at 20 and later
dad hit puberty in like 8th grade , 20 is hella pushing it , he probably stopped growing at 17ish or maybe early 18. its absolutely over for me and nutrition DOES matter bro. im living proof

This post is so retarded, nobody is saying that height is purely based on shit like that. Genetics matters a lot but your final height isn't 100% genetics. You can for sure stunt it.
