sometimes I honestly lose hope and believe all of this is a waste of time and was already predetermined before birth and whatever you do won’t effect it prime example is people or i know or friends always in maybe a couple years time eating and living like shit always manage to have some great improvement and other people react by saying they look so tall and so what compared to me no drastic change like i have been the same height and look the same my entire life.
Another example is some guy that used to go to school saw him in public the guy is 16-17 my age personally spoke to the guy lives like a slob and has god given genetics my age being are six foot four when already being around 5,10 when i was around 12 it’s honestly so ridiculous
