You misunderstand. It has nothing to do with it not being my forte, it's me handing the situation off to someone who's educated on what's happening. Just because I'm mentioned in a thread, it does not mean I'm the right person to handle a situation. Trust me when I say that users would rather me hand off punishments to moderators who are educated on what's happening then me being mentioned randomly and punishing because a user asked me to.
