Tbh the guy was just doing his job but I couldn’t listen to him. Another guy (also Pakistani) got extremely aggressive with the guy and shouted at him and almost wanted to give him a headbutt. I felt bad for the guy since like I said he was doing his job. But he also failed to understand where the other guy and I were coming from (he wanted to separate us from our families and force us to board the bus as per the protocol I suppose but both the other guy and I couldn’t due to reasons).
