Yo my friend didn't really know much about looksmaxxing like that, but ever since I came back from genio w Pagnoni + grafting w Rattinan he’s been fully locked in on it jfl. He’s consulted with docs, did CT scans, and is in the middle of scheduling a genio and grafting. He’s a good candidate overall, chin is the main issue and genio should fix the imbalance clean. His eye area is probably his weakest point due to eye bags and a bit too much uee but he has good PCT so it’s not over. Main questions: how long should he wait between genio and fat grafting and which order makes the most sense? Also what’s a realistic price range for genio and any solid surgeon recs from people who’ve done it? Pagnoni did mine for 8k but that seemed a little too expensive.
