E line doesn’t work on ethnics iqcel, and it’s measured from the nasion not the tip of the nose, so I’m still not recessed

Measure facial convexity then, all roads lead to rome with this fucking result. The height looks good though from the front I will say, Im just being honest.

To me it doesn't look significantly recessed in that picture and is still a huge improvement. I think too much more projection from this point will turn you into the crimson chin meme. Be weary of some of the users on here.

With that being said, I tried to add a bit more forward projection:

Just DO NOT go schizo and add a large amount of forward projection, considering there's some users in this thread downplaying the result and pretending that it's some horrible result lol. Will be easy to fall into that train of thought

Just focus on mostly lip assessments and convexity to rlly avoid the crimson chin tbh, he doesnt need that much advancement for optimal projection anyways

Looks +0.2 psl better imo, I don’t think it’s worth getting a revision or implant for that so yea I’ll just be happy with not being a chinlet anymore

Brother said bone shaving. Na i wanna most get stuff to get my side to true chadlite and for front i will focus on improving my nose, lipps, vertical genio and radix. Maybe laterall drill hole canto and fat grafts or infras for eyes. On every other pic my ipd is ok. Not good but i honestly belive the prom pic i send made it look worse due to focal point. My ipd is 63mm so it shouldnt be death tier...
Surgery list for face:
Mini chin wing to not create steep off.
USO to combat maxillary hypoplasia.
Open rhinoplasty with reshaping of Tipp and grafts to radix, Tipp and comunella.
Braces
Lipp lift and commisuroplasty
Maybe lateral drill hole cantopexy/plasty
And fat grafts to supras and infras or infra implants (not sure on that one ).
And ofc 2 other lls after this current one

Brah my chin isn’t as recessed, that’s the difference. It’s not overprojected just normal now, but regardless I don’t mind if it didn’t fix my side prof cuz it fixed my chin to philtrum and 3/4
