what chin width ? where the muscle comes down vertically and where chin officially begins or the tip of the chin?

My surgeon said he would make my chin a bit wider with genio, but i have no clue on the specifics yet.

I have seen chin widening with genioplasty using bone grafts or cutting the chin bone segmented lefort style.

Chin wing is a lot harder to do

Chin wing gives ya a more robust lower third by lengthening the Ramus, vertically dropping the borders of the mandible & horizontally moving the chin. Docs like Zarrinbal & traecia can also widen the bigonial width with a CW. It’s basucally like a mini implant

Genio only gives u the horizontal chin projection

Fillers can give you chin width. @Amnesia had them done and it doesn't seem to have caused him any issues.
