I just took some photos using selfie cam and grid lines to align face in centre of frame, and it looks subhuman

Ok yeah, definitely do not get bimax.

From the side and front the only thing I can see that would help noticeably is infra implants. This will get rid of tear troughs from the front, and produce an ideal maxillary contour from the profile view, where it runs roughly parallel to the nose

A very slight genio with more projection and vertical length would also help

Fat transfers have a chance of looking uncanny, you need some degree of hyper pigmentation for it to look natural. Softmax with some volufiline and vit c for the undereyes in the meantime

In regards to lip lift, Idk much about lip lifts so I wont comment

Genio or chin implants/fillers, a bit of jaw fillers/implants and under eye fillers/implants. You have very similar issues to me
