I think you need a bimax + mid face implants personally. Ur maxilla is recessed.

Your nasolabial angle seems super close to 90, so i really don't think a bimax would do anything for you except turning you into a chimp. Your nose is deviated to the right, quite a bit actually.

Yeah. It is .I broke it and the revision didn't fix it but I've accepted it because people seem to like it. so what do you think about losing weight obviously. And then maybe a little bit of a vertical genio to give some angularity. I still feel like my head is round like a basketball.
