Genio vs chin implants

I need around 12/13 mm of horizontal advancement and 7/8mm of vertical advancement, can a chin implant provide this by itself? My chin shape isn’t ideal so I’ll definitely get implants but I’m curious to if a genioplasty before is required due to how much advancing I need? Can I get away with just a chin implant? Pics below for reference

I would aim for atlest 15 mm genio, else you wont see a difference

If you want to go balls to the walls you could get a lefort 1 + BSSO + wraparound, it would probably increase oral comissure width to IID (intra iris distance), which would be more optimal;

Damn that’s extreme. I was planning on just getting rhino and chin implants and then maybe widening my lips. I’m not that fussed about IPD
