It got cut off bhai you look good. But trim the corners of inner brow a bit. I think luckily is the camp small ipd and short nose.

Yeah first do otoplasty or try my glue trick that I used before to see how it feels. It's atleast a easy surgery and local athensia. Good warmup surgery then it's either genio or if want to play around and try filler once.
