Genioplasty + Implants or Bimax+Genio implants for mild recession

My issue is mostly in my chin recession, I have a 4-5mm overbite which isn’t too noticeable.

Should I cope with Genioplasty for my chin then impants in my Ramus/gonials after or drop another 20k for a bimax and the recovery, my side profile is almost identical to this:

If your lips are like in the picture you posted, aka upper lip more forward than the lower lip you have for sure a skeletal malocclusion.
I wouldn’t do implants and genio, muh just get lip fillers tho coppers inc

Maybe you can fix the overbite with orthodontics to at least have proper lip position.

But with Bimax you could probably get about 5mm maxilla and 10mm mandible without looking dogmaxxed, it's pretty significant and you might regret it later if you don't do it.

My face is similar and the bimax morphs I did look much better than just correcting my lip position and simulating a chin implant.

Weighing that up against the £20,000+ cost.

I wouldn't bother with genio in any case if you're getting jaw angle implants... just get a chin implant too. Less brutal recovery and risk of nerve damage.

Yeah I’ve done this and it worked but didn’t make my jawline much better

The guy in the pic also got a bimax and genio so if your profile is similar I would go the same way.
