Genioplasty Mockup — Opinions Welcomed

Reposting with better photos — I've just been given this genioplasty mockup with a 9.5mm advancement. I feel that this may be excessive, with my facial convexity increasing from ~171 to ~179 and giving my chin what seems to be a very (almost too) strong look. Another surgeon said he would do 8mm advancement with 1.5mm shortening (no mockup provided).

To me, this advancement seems too aggressive, although I do look strange in a CT Scan which may throw me off. I'm hoping to get some second opinions before I go through with this. I appreciate everyone in advance!

From what I've read a chin wing has some downsides that don't appeal to me.
