So was thinking about hardmaxxing the last couple of months (I cant do it right now because I am 16 ) but when I finish school at like 18 I am gonna get a surgery. My biggest issue in general is the lower third where my chin is not idealy projected and even tho i am kinda lean i still dont like how my hyoid looks . So I think the best option for me is genioplasty + necklift done together
But my gonions are pretty inward so I was also thinking about implants but I heard that silicon implants can cause infections and they might not even be permanent so if i am gonna get implants they are gonna be titanium or peek but they cost like 15k which is the cost of a fucking bimax so idk what to do about that
