Genioplasty or BIMAX ??

Would vertical + horizontal genioplasty be more beneficial to me rather than Bimax ?
Money isn't an issue, but I wouldn't want to do Bimax for nothing.

you have a good chin so no you cant do genio, but this also depends on your bite and stuff. but gettig more genio would look bad

Yes but it also depends, if he wants cww for example then bimax is needed.

True, actually he‘d need rotation to get to the best point possible. But i doubt it‘s worth the money + risk factor

BSSO+Lefort would probably make the most sense, considering your chin is already pretty well defined.
