not really, you will fraud wider jaw with chin wing, but your jaw will became more round from the front.

Why you want to do this surgery? To get more anteface and more definition right?

Bimax is the only way, and big genioplastic (at least 5-6mm) is the key do get V Shape and the maximum definition that you can get.

It's hard to tell what is better when we don't know how op looks like.
You can do chin wing with bimax, it actually depends on the surgeon you are doing surgery with.
IMO bimax + chin wing could be better if you have narrow face/mandible and want to get a bit closer to Cavill's type of jaw.
