Genioplasty Post-Op Recovery Questions

Hello, just got genioplasty and have a few questions about activities I can do post-operation.

First I'd like to ask about the swelling/numbess, can anyone who had the surgery comment on their experience with talking, smiling, kissing, etc.? I'm going back home in 2 weeks and am hoping it's not too noticeable.

Also, how long should I wait before having sex? Mainly with respect to straining as I was told to avoid excessive straining.

I was already told some of this by my surgeon but would appreciate other people's insights, thanks!
