Does it make a difference for the rest of your face? Ive seen some ascensions wherejust a genio made cheekbones more prominent by stretchign th3 skin, is that true?

Just read a thread that said that it indeed does stretch your cheeks too, lifefuel, i will get it soon

Def improves cervomental angle tho and my lips were a bit better afterwards.

If ur recessed it's possible it hollows out the lower part of your cheeks, but def. no change to the upper cheek.

Yes minimally. You can vividly imagine it by adding extra bone on the chin via surgical advancing, which takes the soft tissue with it and stretches the skin which follows thru the whole face. It‘s not predictable tho
