To my understanding, you can lengthen it horizontally from the side, so it projects more.

You can make it taller vertically from the front and wider horizontally from the front, but grafts are required for those.

Theoretically yes. In reality there is a limit on how much you can do at once as it introduces more risks of nerve damage. Most surgeons won't project in all dimensions at the same time for this reason.
