Genioplasty success rate

I've seen a lot of threads bashing Genioplasty and that in a lot of cases its uneven or has some other issue. I want to get DJS through my insurance and am not too concerned as its commonly done but have concerns adding genioplasty. What is the success rate for genio and who should I feel comfortable with doing it?

most peoples complaints on here are that they try to use a genio for a mandible issue, making the side look especially fucked
