Genioplasty VS Chin Filler

I have bimax covered by insurance due to my OSA

should I agree to the surgeons suggestion of Genioplasty ( I’d have to pay $6000 out of pocket ) or I could keep getting annual chin filler for cheap

Ur chin looks fine to me so either need a pic pre filler wo filler or a scan

But I think a genio could give better results than filler

Also depends on the overall plan for bimax ur surgeon has n how filler could impact genio

I would get a scan n talk to ur surgeon abt it in more detail n decide if a genio would even be worth to consider then if u want one dissolve filler to see true soft tissue and plan accordingly worst case scenario u just refill ig
